**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in development and implementation of marketing and media budget, and overarching marketing plan including management of all digital assets (ie. website, social), media partnerships and fulfil all elements of each partnership.
- Proposed, formulate, and implement effective and efficient marketing plans and timeline on projects development
- Manage the marketing budget, ensure all marketing programs are successful, metrics driven, and goal-oriented.
- Planning and execution of advertising & promotional campaign with Advertising Agency and spearhead all the corporate branding exercise with internal team or external consultants’ company.
- Establish effective media relationships on a local and national level to secure coverage from a wide range of mediums
- Work closely with other department and stakeholder including sales team, administration, consultant, authorities and project, to ensure all necessary promotional materials, collateral, etc. are on brand for all parties
- Participate in new product development; e.g. liaise with consultants and architects on the designs of the future products to be launched.
- Conduct market research and compiling database on property sector, feasibility studies, demographic, economic & other related property news.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 - 6 years of experience preferably in real estate industry.
- Savvy with all digital/social platforms
- Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Agility to problem solve and work effectively under pressure
- Able to work as part of a team and will collaborate closely with internal divisions, clients, and marketing partners.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
