Assistant Sales & Marketing Manageris responsible (but not limited to) the following tasks:-

  • Assisting Sales & Marketing Manager in Managing & leading sales team , marketing team & logistic team
  • Strategic planning & marketing process.
  • Responsible for determining the right market to venture or to serve best; conduct market research to understand consumers values, needs and wants;
  • define and segment the market and position it by evaluating customer needs, buying behaviour, market trends, competition and sales process and capabilities, to define and implement marketing strategies  to gain market penetration opportunity that would help organization to achieve targeted objectives.
  • Managing and Monitoring sales and marketing administration
  • collaborate with internal parties to ensure smooth operation

Knowledge and Skills:-

  • Knowledge of marketing planning and research
  • Knowledge of Malaysia demographic and current market trend
  • Knowledge of existing competitors and market players
  • Skill in problem solving and decision making
  • Skill in writing a report and proposals
  • Skill in interpersonal and human relation
  • Skill in organizing promotional and branding activities
  • Skill in developing an effective marketing plan
