What you'll be doing

  • Lead, participate in, and monitor work assignments to ensure timely completion of project.
  • Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
  • Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for technical projects.
  • Assist in manage service levels to meet business unit needs.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating technical projects.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members and research and analysis to gather technical information.
  • Coordinate and manage technical resources and personnel.
  • Coordinate and oversee software, equipment installation and maintenance.
  • Develop and coach the team members.
  • Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance activities are undertaken in accordance with the schedule.
  • Manage facility upgrade projects.
  • Maintain and upkeep of all UWC's Computer and Network devices to minimize down time and security threats
  • Maintain, Administrator and Support of all IT Infrastructure (e.g. Network, Telephone, PABX systems, CCTVs. Door Access, Time Clock, Turnstile and others) including cabling and termination。
  • Co-ordination with in-house Maintenance Team or external parties for IT Infrastructure Supports & Projects
  • Assist & support, review and monitor of Firewall on VPN, Attack, Internet Usage and Network security.
  • Assist Virtual Server Administration and Support PIC with coordination with System Integration Supplier.
  • Monitor and advise user on misuse and abuse of IT Hardware and software.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of support procedures, solutions, and FAQs.
  • Develop training manuals and troubleshooting procedures to help both support personnel and end users interact.
  • Ensure email policy on Sending & Receiving are fulfill (threshold & file restrictions) together with email auto forward & reply message for all UWC Group Email Users.
  • Participating in training sessions and sharing knowledge with other team members.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Ensuring compliance with software licensing agreements.
  • Investigate, respond to, and document security incidents in accordance with established procedures.

Job Qualification:

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Studies
  • With 7 years experience and above
