**Responsibilities**:

- To assist Contract Manager to streamline, standardize filing format and digitize filing system for Contract Department.
- Monitor and maintain proper filing (including digitize filing), digitize and record all insurances, Certificates of Warranties, Bank Guarantees, Operational Manual, Certificates of EOT, Certificate Practical Completion, Certificate of Making Good Defects, etc. for all the Projects
- Assist to prepare all payment certificates for consultants, contractors and suppliers.
- Standardize and maintain proper record and filing for all the Consultants and Contractors’ company profiles.
- Register, update and coordinate the circulation of the Purchase Orders.
- Monitor, update and coordinate the circulation of Claims, Payment Certificates, Invoices, documents, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Certificate in Project Management/Quantity Surveying/Building or related discipline
- Good written and verbal communication - English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in office / contract administration
- Knowledge of office / contract administration.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
