Requirements:

- SPM with experience, SKM, Diploma or Degree in Building Constructions, Building Maintenance, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture or relevant.
- Willing to work overtime and able to work on site.
- Able to work in Section 25 Shah Alam and willing to travel on daily basis (Klang Valley & Outskirt).
- Possess a valid driving license (class D).
- Independent, Confident, Problem Solver, Good Leadership, Responsible, Discipline, Matured, Organized, Good Communication Skills and Excellent Client-Facing Skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible in creating, updating and managing project course, schedule, time frames and budget.
- Coordinate and schedule manpower, transportation, materials and equipment.
- Manage proper paperwork for a project if required and keep proper recording and filing of all projects.
- Responsible in managing and leading an operation team.
- Responsible for site supervision work, site management work, monitoring installation team and work progress.
- Responsible in solving any problems that occurred during the course of project.
- Responsible in communicating with customers during project if required.
- Work closely with sales team and ID team.
- Report to Head of Operation Department/Project Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
