**Responsibilities**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data from CRM and ERP systems
- Create detailed sales performance reports, focusing on product and regional data
- Track key sales metrics like revenue growth, demand trends, and customer segments
- Monitor sales team performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Assist in preparing and refining sales forecasts based on trends and historical data
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and pricing strategies
- Segment customers by product type, region, and market sector (OEM vs aftermarket)
- Ensure CRM data integrity and suggest improvements for better sales tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to align sales strategies
- Prepare and present reports for senior management, focusing on product and regional sales performances

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales analysis
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and automotive industry
- Strong analytical and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
