- Memastikan Quality, Services & Cleanliness (QSC) dalam keadaan terbaik
- Memastikan keadaan dapur / bar dan persekitaran kafe dalam keadaan kemas dan bersih setiap masa
- Memastikan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang dari segi ketepatan pesanan, kelajuan, perkhidmatan, urutan, etika, kualiti makanan / minuman dan melebihi kepuasan pelanggan secara konsisten
- Bekerjasama dengan pasukan untuk memastikan pematuhan SOP sepenuhnya
- Bekerjasama dengan Kitchen Leader / Bar Leader dan ahli kumpulan untuk mencapai sasaran jualan, pengurangan kos, kerosakan, pembaziran, kecurian, kualiti makanan dan perkhidmatan pada tahap terbaik
- Melaporkan sebarang keadaan isu berkaitan stok kepada Kitchen Leader / Bar Leader
- Berinteraksi dengan pelanggan dan bekerjasama dengan ahli kumpulan dalam keadaan yang baik
- Memastikan kedatangan mengikut jadual dan menepati masa
