Overall : To manage & control production data to ensure data are updated and orderly manner.

Job scope

1) To key in daily production output data from Production Job Order (PJO) into Macola system.

2) To key-in production output (GSPH) data by daily

3) To update scrap slip, rework parts data for COPQ.

4) To update production members overtime, leave form, claim, etc.

5) To key in monthly stock take data into Macola system.

6) To prepare production checksheet (PCS) for new model/project.

7) To assist in revise of production document such as PCS, daily checksheet, prod report, etc.

8) To compile and manage new project documents such as Control plan, BOM,etc.

9) To control & manage stationary stock for production department by weekly basis.

10) To assist in document preparation for customer audit, IATF yearly audit and customer visit.

11) To ensure Production documents are updated

12) To assist ad-hoc task as assigned by superior

”All other matters as requested for or directed by the Superiors and in accordance with the policies as laid down from time to time by the stakeholders.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
