**Responsibility**:

- Identify and select vendors to procure products meeting criteria of price, quality, availability and delivery dates. 确定并选择供应商来采购符合价格、质量、可用性和交货日期标准的产品。
- Review, evaluate, and monitor purchase requisitions for proper authorization, specification and compliance. Follow up with market trend in order to identify market requirements for current and future products. 审查、评估和监控采购申请，以确保适当的授权、规范和合规性。跟进市场趋势，以识别当前和未来产品的市场需求。
- Process day-to-day sourcing, purchasing and inventory planning activities with focus on reducing cost or minimize price increase without compromising quality and compliance to sourcing guidelines. 日常处理采购、采购和库存规划活动，重点是在不影响质量和遵守采购指南的前提下降低成本或减少价格上涨。
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of products. 与供应商协调，确保按时交付产品。
- Co-ordinate with Finance department with regards to suppliers invoice and payment issues. 与财务部门协调供应商发票和付款问题。
- Review, monitor, prepare and perform-database maintenance, report & record, accuracy of procurement activities, cost analysis. 审查、监控、准备和执行数据库维护、报告和记录，以确保采购活动的准确性和成本分析。
- Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management. 承担管理层要求的所有其他职责、任务和责任。

**Requirements**:

- Degree and above 学历必须是学士学位或以上。
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Purchasing/Inventory/Supply Chain Management will be an advantage. 至少 1-2 年的采购/库存/供应链管理经验将是一个优势。
- Self-motivated,multi tasks, results oriented and able to work under pressure on tight deadlines. 自我激励，多任务，结果导向，能够在紧迫的截止日期下工作。
- Strong commercial and analytical skills. 强大的商业和分析技能。
- Required languages (s); English (basis), Mandarin (compulsory) will be benefit. 所需语言：英语（基础），中文（必修）。
