JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

- Answering incoming calls from customers and providing prompt, courteous, and efficient assistance
- Effectively addressing customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contributing to the development of customer service processes and procedures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for
- Strong proficiency in Malay and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in the service industry
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a problem-solving mindset
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: RM1,832.31 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
