HR Assistant

Assist in HR related enquiries and provide advice including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, industrial relations, employee relations, training & development.
- Responsible for employee's off-boarding and on-boarding procedures.
- To handle employment related correspondence such as tracking confirmation, resignation, promotion and etc.
- Upkeep employee records and maintaining proper filling system.
- Able to prepare necessary HR correspondence letter or memorandum.
- Manage employee disciplinary issues which include issuance of warning letter, show cause warning or termination letter and staff counselling.
- Responsible for purchase office equipment, eg. stationeries, pantry items and etc.
- Familiar with local labour law (Employment Act 1955)
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is required
**Job Requirements**:
- At least a Diploma, in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technology or any related field.
- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in HR background/ HR Generalist.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
