Qualification 1. Degree in mechanical. 2. Experience in Assembly manufacturing background will be an added advantage 3. Experience in Lean & Six Sigma is an added advantage Responsibility 1. Lead and manage a team of Supervisors, Line Leaders and Technicians to ensure smooth production workflow, schedule and quality to standard. Provide leadership for the successful of day-to-day production 2. Execute to committed goals in Key Performance Indices (KPI) Commits for Manufacturing - production, quality, cost and safety performance as well as the morale of the department 3. Manage Production team to meet output, accuracy commitments and achieve high quality product 4. Align team to plan such as Daily Output, Line of balance, WIP, inventory, priority list and material tracking 5. Assess skill requirements, propose up skills training and expand employees’ capability 6. Employee engagement to generate ideas toward continuous improvement 7. Cooperate with related department of problem solving during process and complaint, collective action for prevention. Function 1. To oversees the daily Assembly activities of the plant. 2. Provides the leadership to improve plant performance to maximum levels of safety, environmental impact, quality, service and efficiency, within the financial internal controls framework. 3. Provide the leadership to effectively lead the team in a manner to achieve maximum production and operating efficiencies.
