Supply Chain Assistant Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- To pre-plan stocks for scheduled promotion
- To plan, identify and communicate with vendors on ordering forecast
- To ensure sales and profit targets are consistently met
- Assist on tendering process
- Assist on planning for better alternative supplier and cost saving project
- Conduct sourcing, negotiate, evaluate and select supplier
- Arrange timely delivery to outlets as per agreed schedule
- Proactively communicate with relevant parties on product and delivery issue
- Ensure proper filing of documents - Purchase Order, Delivery Note & Invoices
- To assist Supply Chain Manager on other administrative work and any other ad-hoc duties from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Degree / Diploma in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 2 - 3 years of working experience in F&B Industry
- Possess excellent interpersonal and supervisory skill and able to lead and have a good analytical mind set
- Ability to express ideas clearly, feedback, follow-up and meet deadline
- Good at problem solving and multitasking and able to interact with people from all levels, internal and external
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
