The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of the supply chain, including Material Planning, Raw Material Storage, Sub-Contractor Progress, Purchasing, Vendor Deliveries, Finished Goods Storage, and both Incoming and Outgoing Logistics. The role ensures the timely supply of raw materials to meet production schedules, maintains optimal stock levels to enable continuous operations, and minimizes obsolete inventory, thereby mitigating business liabilities.

Additionally, the Supply Chain Manager ensures that sub-contractor progress adheres to customer delivery schedules and that products are delivered on time. The role involves implementing processes that meet established standards and targets while driving continuous improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across the supply chain.

**Responsibilities**:

- To determine what, when and how many to order for raw material based on sales forecast & actual material consumption.
- To control and analyze inventory to optimize stock level.
- To support Production in raw material requirement to achieve and turn time targets.
- To arrange raw material for the subcontractor and monitor the progress of the subcontractor, to ensure on time delivery to company and no delay in delivery to customer.
- To liaise with vendor and expedite urgent raw materials delivery to company.
- To liaise with Production Planning by feedback the best material delivery arrival date.
- To discuss with Sales Dept. on variance between material forecast vs actual consumption.
- Organize and implement effective and systematic material planning procedures abiding to the Standard Operating Procedure Policy, with proper filing system for all sales forecast and material planning sheet.
- To institute and improve the system of placing orders and storage retrieval systems.
- To monitor and improve Raw Material Store Function and Finished Goods Store Function.
- To oversee & manage department Job & Functions.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years and above of experience in Material Planning/Engineering field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Supply chain management: 5 years (preferred)
- SyteLine: 2 years (preferred)
- Manufacturing: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
