**Inventory & Sales**
- Check ERP inventory system and ensure timely and reliable input of data in the system.
- Conduct stock discrepancies check between inventory system and ecommerce platform.
- Forecast and calculate inventory reserve levels for fast changing e-commerce and maintain appropriate inventory safety stock levels.
- Maintain and monitor inventory and records to prevent stock-outs and/or ageing stocks.
- Collaborate and build effective communication channels and processes with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure availability of inventory.
- Generate and communicate accurate inventory reports to the relevant stakeholders.
- Carry out best practices for inventory planning and management within the organization.

**Order Management**
- Manage end-to-end fulfillment of online orders and related processes
- Handle end-to-end order processing flow and monitor orders status on daily basis
- Investigate and liaise with relevant parties to manage and resolve all issues related to order
- delivery, ecommerce purchase, order fulfilment (e.g. stuck orders, inventory, wrong information)
- Handle exceptions that result in order cancellations, reconciliation, returns with cross
- functional teams.
- Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with customer service and sales to notify customers’ backorders or other issues.
- Generate periodic summary sales order reports to the relevant stakeholders.

**Qualification/Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or related field
- At least 4 years’ experience in in supply chain management, operations or e-commerce order management process
- Experience in managing and improving supply chain data, information and processes
- Hands-on experience with ERP modules (i.e. SAP MM, SD) is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce related systems is preferred
- Strong planning, coordination and communication skills
- Independent and initiative
