Job Responsibilities:

- To oversee supply chain processes, shipping & logistics handling and data analysis.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management.
- Coordinate supply chain effectively and liaise with suppliers and customers on orders, storage and logistics.
- Working closely with Logistics Service Providers (LSP) to ensure prompt shipments and delivery to customer’s places.
- Review and work together with other departments to overcome inventory issues such as back orders, and other fulfilment metrics.
- Resolve any discrepancy or errors and issues with suppliers, customers and LSP companies.

Job Requirements:

- Min 7 - 10 years experiences and background in
- Supply Chain Management, including planning, operations management, process and systems improvement
- Shipping and Logistics handling and international trades requirements.
- Knowledge of 3PL/4PL service providers.
- Strong skills in budget development and oversight.
- Familiar with manufacturing/rubber industry operations management
- Familiar with payments for import of goods can be made under letters of credit (LC), documentary collections (documents against payment (DP) or documents against acceptance (DA) terms) or advance payment (AP) terms.
- Able to write and speak well in both Mandarin and English, as the role require to communicate frequently with China principal and overseas customers.

**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
