Job description
- Inspecting office buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
- Repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.
- Managing plumbing and electrical systems to guarantee functionality.
- Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
- Performing general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
- Maintaining the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
- Perform any other duty and responsibility which the superior or the company may assign from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least certificate/ diploma in E&E or any related field.
- Preferable 1 year hands on experience in office maintenance exposure.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Willing to travel to around the office buildings.
- Contract basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
