Who are We:

We are a multi-national company involved developing, manufacturing and marketing for intelligent and ergonomic products, located in I-park Industrial area, Kulai, Johor. We are looking to hire for Quality Engineer.

You will play an important role in:

  • Manage third party certification process (ISO, FSC-COC, BIFMA LEVEL, TUV, UL, SGS etc.).
  • Manage Internal Audit and Certification Body Audit process.
  • Develop, implement and continually improve Document Control process (assisted by Document Controller).
  • Manage QC Instrument calibration procedure (assisted by Document Controller).
  • Develop, implement and continually improve XY Tester verification process (assisted by Lab Technician).
  • Lead Material Review Board (MRB) for rework and scrap management procedure (assisted by Lab Technician).
  • Manage Life Cycle Test procedure (BIFMA X5.5, EN527, etc.) and report preparation (assisted by Lab Technician).
  • Develop, implement, analyze and continually improve team objective, competency, awareness, and communication.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

  • Possess at least a Diploma or bachelor's degree holder or equivalent in any Engineering field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good knowledge on QEHS management requirements (ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001) and quality tools (7QC basic tools, SPC, MSA, 8D report, FMEA). Knowledge in FSC-COC will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to foster and promote a positive working environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making.
  • Able to work independently.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal & writing) in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required as you would need to liaise with stakeholders from China.
