**Position Title**: Business Analyst (BI & Reporting)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
- Perform data modeling and analysis using SQL and BI tools.
- Participate in project planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and feedback reviews.
- Continuously improve existing reporting processes and data models for enhanced performance and accuracy.
- Liaise with IT teams to ensure technical implementations align with business requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest BI technologies and promote their adoption across the company.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **5 years** of experience in **Business Intelligence and Data Analysis**.
- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or related field.
- Strong understanding of **sales, delivery, finance, and project management** domains.
- Proficient in **SQL**, **BI tools** (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), and data modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with **data warehouse architecture** and **ETL processes**.
- Skilled in business requirements gathering and translating them into functional technical solutions.
- Experience with at least one mainstream **RDBMS** (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
- Excellent communication and **stakeholder management** skills.

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Intelligence and Data Analysis.: 1 year (required)
- sales, delivery, finance, and project management domains.: 2 years (preferred)
- SQL, BI tools : 2 years (required)
- data warehouse architecture and ETL processes.: 2 years (preferred)
- RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).: 2 years (preferred)
- Business analysis: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
