**Job Summary**:
The Custom Clearance Agent is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods through customs by preparing and processing all necessary documentation in compliance with import/export regulations. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, customers, and customs authorities to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, submit, and manage all documentation required for import/export customs clearance.
- Coordinate with government authorities (e.g., Customs, MITI, MAQIS, FTA, etc.) to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the clearance process to avoid delays and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams for the arrangement of shipments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in customs regulations and trade compliance laws.
- Manage any customs queries, inspections, or issues during clearance.
- Keep records of all customs-related documents for audit purposes.
- Advise clients or internal departments on customs duties, taxes, and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of Malaysian Customs procedures, HS Codes, and import/export regulations.
- Familiar with eDeclare, ePermit, and other relevant customs systems or portals.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure, especially with tight shipment deadlines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
