**Primary Responsibilities, include but are not limited to**:

- Analyze existing system functionality and business processes in the scope of the business need and recommend actionable, cost-effective solutions to improve
- Conduct long and short-term data analysis with a focus on increasing productivity, lowering fixed and variable costs, and improving customer experience
- Provide assessment of SpecTek’s financial and market performance.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, other BU’s and strategize to build short and long-term unconstrained demand forecasts.
- An analytic problem solver that enjoys generating ideas, but is equally committed to seeing them through, designing and implementing plans that transform those ideas into tangible results
- A continuous improvement mindset that constantly seeks opportunities to do things more efficiently; works with stakeholders/leaders to improve relevant business processes
