JOB DESCRIPTION OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE - MARKETING

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

The role is responsible for driving the organization’s business strategy in the designated area. The incumbent is accountable for topline growth and delivering non volume agendas like coverage and distribution.

**OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE - MARKETING**

Support in positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
Support in the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics

Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Formulation of sales Strategies
Planning and achieving sales targets and sales led initiatives - outlet expansion, growth and experimentation etc. for the depot through a team of sales officers.
Setting and strengthening of distribution system supply chain management for the depot
Creative planning for sales related activities for the area to drive volumes, visibility and reach.
Driving central thrust areas & key projects within the territory.

**OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE - WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT**

Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in dispatching, identifying, receiving, and ensuring quality of products.
Control and organize storage and inventory space.
Implement new methods, processes, and improvements
Prepare, pack, schedule, and route orders for delivery
Consult and organize activities with other teams and departments

**PRIOR EXPERIENCE**

Min 4 years in FMCG sales and distribution roles wherein the member is managing a territory independently.

**QUALIFICATION & KEY COMPETENCIES**

Master's / Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools
Business focus & ability to plan for long term

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
