**SKOP PEKERJAAN**:
1. Perancangan dan Penyusunan Program Pelancongan
- Membantu merancang dan menyusun pakej pelancongan yang menarik dan sesuai dengan keperluan pasaran.
- Menyediakan dan menguruskan jadual lawatan, tempat-tempat menarik, dan aktiviti yang akan diikuti oleh pelancong.

2. Promosi dan Pemasaran Pelancongan
- Membantu dalam merangka strategi pemasaran untuk mempromosikan destinasi pelancongan atau pakej pelancongan.

3. Pengurusan Perhubungan Pelanggan
- Menyediakan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang untuk pelancong, termasuk memberi maklumat mengenai destinasi, aktiviti, dan kemudahan.

4. Penyelarasan dengan Pembekal dan Penyedia Perkhidmatan
- Memastikan kualiti perkhidmatan yang ditawarkan oleh penyedia perkhidmatan adalah memuaskan.

5. Pengurusan Kumpulan Pelancong
- Mengurus dan menyelaras perjalanan pelancong dalam kumpulan besar, termasuk menyusun jadual perjalanan dan aktiviti.

6. Menyediakan Laporan dan Analisis
- Membantu dalam menyediakan laporan prestasi program pelancongan, termasuk analisis mengenai jumlah pelancong, pendapatan, dan kepuasan pelanggan.

7. Penyelidikan dan Pemantauan Trend Pelancongan
- Menyiasat tren terkini dalam industri pelancongan dan mengenal pasti peluang baru untuk menawarkan produk pelancongan yang relevan dan menarik.

8. Pengurusan Acara dan Aktiviti Pelancongan
- Menyusun dan menguruskan acara khas atau festival pelancongan, seperti perayaan budaya, acara sukan, atau aktiviti luar untuk menarik pelancong.

9. Pendidikan dan Pembangunan Produk Pelancongan
- Memberi latihan dan pembangunan kepada kakitangan dan pemandu pelancong untuk memastikan mereka mempunyai pengetahuan yang mencukupi tentang destinasi dan produk yang ditawarkan.

10. Pemantauan Peraturan dan Undang-Undang Pelancongan
- Memastikan semua aktiviti pelancongan mematuhi undang-undang dan peraturan tempatan yang berkaitan dengan industri pelancongan.

- Sekurang-kurangnya **10 tahun pengalaman** di dalam bidang Pelancongan, Hospitaliti serta yang relevan.
- Bidang pengajian yang diutamakan: Ijazah Sarjana Muda Pelancongan & Hospitaliti/Pemasaran/BBA/Komunikasi Massa/Korporat
- Mempunyai sijil professional seperti contoh berikut: Galileo/Hubspot/Tableau/PRINCE2/PMP/Google Ads & Lain-lain

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
