- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead role.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proven experience in software development, with a focus on leadership or team management.
- Strong knowlegde in PHP programming, Mysql, HTML5, CSS and Javascript
- Proficiency in PHP, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, XML, RESTful API
- Experience with PHP framework (Laravel,Opencart, Wordpress), Javascript framework (JQuery, Vue.js), CSS frame work (SASS, Bootstrap, tailwindcss)
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

**Leadership Skills**:

- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, manage conflicts, and drive results.

**Project Management**:

- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban.

**Communication**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Problem-Solving**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.

**Adaptability**:

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
