**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist superior to formulate the innovative business model to create value position for the Company's business development plan and generate into the profitability results.
- Support the differentiation business strategy in order to develop the Company's market position and achieve remarkable revenue.
- Propose the appropriate action plan and improvement program to superior and Company to ensure achieve the corporate objectives set by the strategic business plan.
- Carry market research and study pertaining to the marketing trend and opportunities and support superior the latest business opportunities to strengthen the Company's competitive edge.
- To identify and develop pre-emptive approach to stay afloat to maintain the Company's market position and strengthen the corporate identify and professional image based on the latest market development trend.
- Build key customer accounts, to retain existing customers and to acquire new customers and to achieve the sales forecast and target set by the Company.
- Prepare quotation, negotiate with assigned key customers and clearly define the customer requirements for seeks opportunity to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. Support team to handle customer complaints and resolve the case effectively.
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and seeks opportunity to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Coordinate with the head of overseas office and other staffs to monitor the operation progress and ensure the management control in place.
- Report to the superior pertaining to the non-compliance practices and risk involved.
- Prepare, execute, implement and control the reporting format for the relevant department heads to prepare monthly management performance related to customer experience and internal process performance.
- Schedule, booking, update the superior appointment and meetings with external parties and his/ her direct reports and upcoming engagement, including matters of travel cash advance, accommodation, flight, claim and etc.
- Prepare agenda, meeting minutes and ensure the relevant the relevant personnel in-charged and department heads submit the required plan, action plan, progress report, and etc. on time.
- Deal with the raised internal and external issues when appropriate. Other administrative tasks as required by Company.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum CGPA 3.0 equal & above
- Applicants must be willing to travel

- Able to start immediately or within short notice

**EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business administration, business management, marketing

Our Company's principal activities are mainly involved in manufacturing, assembly and trading of machinery and equipment and dealing with all kinds of construction works in relation to ice making and food processing machines.
