**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of office facilities.
- Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and services.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff, including handling correspondence, managing schedules, and organizing meetings.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.. To liase with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirement Coordination:

- Coordinate accommodation, and event planning for internal and external meetings..
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain office operations.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external inquiries, addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure seamless workflows.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed within the administrative scope.
- Assist with compliance-related documentation and audit requirements.
- Manage special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

**Job Requirement**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role or office management.
- Diploma or Degree in relevant education certified
- Good analytical skills & detail-oriented &team player & great interpersonal and communication skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Able communication with English, Malay & Chinese prefer due to need communicate with China Visitor

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
