**Responsibilities**:

- Good working knowledge of Property products is an advantage
- Actively contribute to the delivery of new products and changes to the existing product line, on multiple products concurrently
- Analyse/identify required changes to existing systems and /or new systems required to be built, as well as the necessary functional interaction and integration
- Prepare documentation where required as outputs from analysis activities such as functional and non-functional requirements documents, process flow diagrams, user stories, user acceptance criteria
- Contribute towards the creation of robust and compelling project proposals and business cases to meet desired business outcomes
- Contribute to the implementation of the solution through requirements definition, wireframing, backlog prioritisation, and acceptance testing
- Work closely with the Product Managers, Technical Product Owners, and Senior Business Analysts to examine existing business models, workflows, and product features to identify business problems and provide potential solutions to meet the business needs.
- Liaise with development teams to conduct requirements briefing sessions to translate business requirements into workable solutions.
- Support the execution of user acceptance testing of system changes
- Able to adapt, be agile and manage constant change
- Help the company implement high quality software solutions in a cost-effective efficient manner by determining the requirements of a project and clearly communicating them to all stakeholders and facilitator

**Knowledge & Experiences**:

- Use-case analysis, wire-framing, task specifying, UML
- Excellent attention to detail and able to understand and analyse complex problems
- Good understanding on UX/Design
- Experience in both traditional SDLC and Agile development using Scrum
- Certified in any Business Analysis/Requirement Engineering Professional will be an added advantage

**Requirements**:

- Must have at-least 2-3+ years of work experience in IT Product and Services Organization
- Experienced in managing a team
- Good track record in B2B & B2C software sales is an advantage
- Good coding experience is an advantage
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, in
- English & Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking/writing associates)
- Looks presentable, people person and willing to work hard
- Possess own transport
- Customer-oriented and responsible person with a high level of urgency and speed in support
- Possess strong logical thinking, good communication and interpersonal skill, analytical skills, self-driven, flexible, a team player and fast paced development environment.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
