SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT

Mainly responsible for understanding the company's strategy, conducting market demand research and analysis of knowledge services for a certain subdivision industry, completing and continuing to follow up the industry policy and market development trends of the subdivision field, sorting out the knowledge system of the subdivision field for product development
Provide market demand; establish a directory of key companies in the subdivided industry and a database of market customers, tap potential typical users in this industry, and provide strong evidence and support for opening up the market in the subdivided industry.

Communication: You may be required to present company solutions to clients, so it’s important to be able to clearly explain your ideas.

Problem-solving: Your ability to identify and solve problems and develop effective solutions for clients.

【Working place】 Malaysia

The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for:

- Providing pre-sales technical / functional support for our products and services
- Assisting the sales team in identifying and developing opportunities with new and existing customers
- Answering technical questions from customers and prospects
- Developing and delivering presentations and demonstrations
- Providing input on product development based on customer feedback
- Supporting the implementation of our products and services at customer sites
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers and prospects to understand their business needs and objectives
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our products, features, and capabilities, as well as the competitive landscape
- Work with internal teams to develop creative solutions that address customer challenges and map to our product strengths
- Create detailed proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services and how they can be applied to achieve customer goals
- Attend trade shows, webinars, and other events on behalf of the company
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, keeping all stakeholders apprised of project status and next steps
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Master degree or above,
- Must show initiative and be flexible;
- Ability to coordinate activities and meet deadlines;
- 5 or more years of experience in a consulting role
- Experience in implementing cross-channel or multichannel marketing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to keep client projects on track and within budget
- Excellent verbal, writing, grammatical, time management, and organizational skills;
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company information
- Willing to travel 30-40% of the time for customer onsite visits;
- Clear logic, strong understanding and expression skills, strong self-learning ability, and strong ability to withstand pressure;
- Love research, be good at analysis, have good understanding ability and logical analysis ability;
- Good at communicating with people, good at deeply understanding problems and guiding customers to solve problems.
