**About the Role**

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented **Production Coordinator & Operator** to join our dynamic creative production team. This role blends hands-on fabrication with coordination responsibilities—ideal for someone passionate about digital manufacturing, laser cutting, and sustainable product design.

You’ll help manage not just machines, but the **workflow, team communication, and deliverables** that bring our designs to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:Production Operations**
- Operate 3D printers and manage print jobs from setup to final output
- Post-process and finish 3D printed parts (sanding, assembling, gluing, etc.)
- Operate or learn to operate laser cutting machines for production and prototyping
- Maintain and troubleshoot 3D printing and laser cutting equipment
- Monitor materials and manage inventory of filaments, paperboard, and other supplies
- Prepare files and materials based on design and technical requirements
- Collaborate closely with designers to ensure precise and high-quality output

**Coordination & Workflow**
- Assist in executing daily and weekly production schedules
- Liaise between the design and production teams to align timelines and deliverables
- Track progress of jobs to ensure deadlines are met
- Support documentation and workflow tracking for ongoing projects
- Communicate production statuses and flag potential issues proactively

**Requirements**:

- Experience with **laser cutting** (basic settings, material setup)
- **Basic Illustrator skills** for editing vector files for production
- Willingness to **learn and operate 3D printers** (training provided)
- Strong sense of **organization and communication**:

- Able to manage tasks independently and take initiative
- Detail-oriented with pride in finishing work to a high standard
- Bonus: Familiarity with **3D print software** like Bambu Studio, Cura, or PrusaSlicer
