Job Title: Master Data Analyst

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Contract type: Permanent

**The opportunity**:
As a Master Data Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our data and supporting IT governance initiatives. You will have the opportunity to make an impact through activities such as analyzing user accounts, improving master data quality, executing process improvement activities, and managing license agreements. In this role, you will collaborate with business and IT colleagues to ensure data integrity and contribute to the improvement of processes, procedures, and tools related to master data management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze user accounts and propose and execute improvements
- Help improve master data quality of IT systems (e.g., ERP, Active Directory, etc.)
- Support process improvement activities
- Follow up on license renewal and license agreements
- Identify areas for data quality improvements and help resolve data quality problems
- Develop and design improvements to processes, procedures, tools, rules, and metrics to ensure data integrity of master data domains
- Educate users on master data processes and business rules
- Ensure quality of master data in key systems and document processes

**Qualifications**:

- Strong analytical skills
- Customer mindset and ability to work well in a team
- First-hand experience with SAP and Master Data management (Material or Partner)
- Familiarity with working in a SAP-centric environment and modern technologies
- Eager to learn and grow in an international environment
- Tactical abilities and experience in data modeling and data flow architecture
- Educational degree in ICT or equivalent work experience
- Good understanding of IT, data modeling, master data, and latest technology
- Fundamentals of Prince2 and ITIL is a plus
- Good knowledge of English (verbal and written)
