**Job Summary**

The Proposal Executive is responsible for supporting the Business Development team by preparing and coordinating proposal submissions, tender documents, and related business materials for oil & gas projects. The role ensures timely, accurate, and competitive proposals that align with client requirements and company objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and analyze tender documents, RFQs, and ITBs for scope and requirements.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, pre-qualification documents, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Procurement, Finance, HR, HSE) to gather input for proposals.
- Compile cost estimates, pricing, and commercial offers in line with company guidelines.
- Ensure proposals comply with client specifications, deadlines, and industry standards.
- Maintain a database of proposals, templates, and client requirements.
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Support Business Development team during client meetings, clarifications, and presentations.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Minimum **Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field**.
- 1-3 years’ experience in proposals/tendering, preferably in oil & gas (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered).
- Familiarity with oil & gas tendering process and contract requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP systems or MS Project is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

**Working Conditions**
- Office-based, with occasional site visits or client engagement.
- Willing to work extended hours when required to meet tender deadlines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in proposal management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

**Technical Knowledge**:

- In-depth understanding of oil and gas industry standards, technologies, and regulations.
- Familiarity with technical specifications, engineering processes, and project management methodologies in the oil and gas sector.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
