**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with multiple departments to receive raw proposal content and transform it into professional and well-designed documents.
- Use **Canva** extensively to format, edit, and beautify proposal layouts, visuals, and graphics.
- Ensure all proposals are aligned with the company’s branding guidelines and presentation standards.
- Add infographics, charts, images, and icons to improve proposal readability and engagement.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all documents.
- Manage multiple proposal documents simultaneously and ensure timely completion before deadlines.
- Update and maintain a proposal template library and design assets for reuse.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand content objectives and provide design suggestions for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficient in **Canva**; knowledge of other design tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator or PowerPoint) is a plus.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in document formatting, corporate design, or proposal support.
- Strong eye for aesthetics, layout, and detail.
- Good command of English and Malay, both written and spoken.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, creative, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
