**Technician**

1. Menjadi pembantu kepada Pengurus Operasi.

2. Membantu dalam proses pembukaan kedai baru seperti renovasi.

3. Mengemaskini rekod senarai barang-barang elektrik syarikat beserta 'warranty' barang.

4. Membaikpulih barang elektrik yang rosak I kerosakan kecil bangunan dan kerosakan perpaipan (baikpulih asas)

5. Membuat perbandingan harga sebelum hantar barang rosak.

6. Berkomunikasi dengan pembekal mengenai pengambilan dan penghantaran barang rosak.

7. Berkomunikasi dengan vendor seperti TM, TNB dan SYABAS sekiranya ada masalah berbangkit.

8. Merekod inventori Syarikat bagi barangan elektrik.

9. Mengendalikan servis berkala setiap barang elektrik syarikat.

10. Membuat filing.

11. Melaksanakan tugas lain yang diberikan oleh pengurusan atau penyelia.

**Maintenance Support**

1. Membantu outlet dalam follow-up case pada support centre Xilnex sistem.

2. Memberi sokongan mengenai isu yang berkaitan sistem Xilnex termasuk semua sistem jagaan holdings, frozen dan outlet perisian (software) dan perkakasan (hardware).

3. Membantu dalam pemasangan dan penyelenggaraan sistem.

4. Membantu dalam penyelenggaraan server, antivirus dan pangkalan data sandaran (backup database).

5. Membantu dalam penyelenggaraan setiap outlet dan mengawal pengguna (control user right)

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
