1. Financial Record Keeping:

- Maintain and update financial records, including vouchers, ledgers, journals, and statements.
- Keeping financial records organised and easy to access
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial documents.

2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.

3. Bank Reconciliation:

- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Resolve discrepancies between bank statements and accounting records.

4. Financial Reporting:

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Provide support in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

5. Payroll Support:

- Assist in processing payroll and ensuring timely payment of salaries and wages.
- Handle payroll-related queries and issues.

6. Expense Management:

- Monitor and control company expenses.
- Review and approve expense reports and reimbursements.

7. Tax Support:

- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Ensure timely payment of taxes and compliance with tax regulations.

8. Data Entry and Analysis:

- Input financial data into accounting systems accurately.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

9. Other Duties:

- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software such as SQL Accounting System, Advanced MS Excel skills and etc
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ethics: High level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external parties.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
