Accounts Officer

Job description:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements and bank statements
- Process invoices, payments, expense claims, and petty cash
- Assist in monthly reporting & financial analysis
- Maintain accurate and timely financial records
- Support internal and external audit
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualification :
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field
Requirements :
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and procurement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software is a plus
- Strong SST knowledge and able to handle a full set of accounts will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
