Job description:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Prepare and reconcile financial statements and bank statements
  • Process invoices, payments, expense claims, and petty cash
  • Assist in monthly reporting & financial analysis
  • Maintain accurate and timely financial records
  • Support internal and external audit
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualification :

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and procurement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software is a plus
  • Strong SST knowledge and able to handle a full set of accounts will be an added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can start immediately
