Accounting duties

  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
  • Handle petty cash and other cash flow processes
  • Assist with payroll, tax filings, and financial reporting
  • Update accounting databases and maintain financial documents

Administrative duties

  • Organize and maintain filing systems
  • Handle general office tasks, such as office maintenance
  • Provide administrative support to other departments
  • Assist with basic HR tasks or communications
  • Manage office supplies and inventory

Qualifications and skills

  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite and SQL
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial record keeping
  • Ability to interpret data and handle confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is often required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
