Account Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage daily accounting functions, financial reporting, and documentation. The ideal candidate is organised, analytical, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, SST and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and schedules.
- Monitor cash flow, invoicing, and payment transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant authorities.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Perform any other finance-related tasks assigned by management.
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in accounting and SST.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and procedures.
- Proficient in SQL accounting software.
- Attention to detail, good time-management skills, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage, if needed)
