Job Summary
We are seeking an Account Executive to manage retail accounts, monitor sales and expenses, prepare financial reports, and support budgeting and reconciliations. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to liaise with store teams, vendors, and management while ensuring smooth financial operations. Preference will be given to Chinese-speaking candidates.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate retail account records and track sales, expenses, and revenue.
• Prepare financial reports, daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations, and management summaries.
• Monitor store budgets, cost control, and variances.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding invoices, payments, and collections.
• Support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Assist management in financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in retail.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Autocount) and MS Excel.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
• Chinese language proficiency preferred.
