Responsibility: - Communicate bus fare payment methods and fare structures to commuters. - Assist passengers on the usage of fare collection equipment for bus fare payment. - Carry out bus fare collection in accordance with organizational procedures. - Check that bus fare payments are made by commuters. - Check the serviceability of bus fare collection equipment prior to service commencement. - Perform system resets for malfunctioning bus fare collection equipment. - Report malfunctions of bus fare collection equipment in accordance with organizational procedures. - Operating procedures for bus fare collection and functions of bus fare collection equipment. - Handling bus fare evasion scenarios and common misuses of contactless smart cards and concession card. Requirement: - Have experience of performing customer service job. - Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively and work systematically. - Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time. - Ability to work evenings and weekends. - Have a sound knowledge in bus fare structures, methods and types of contactless smart cards and concession cards for bus fare payment. - Ability to know the types of concessionary schemes and fares for different categories of passengers. - Ability to know the Common bus fare collection equipment faults **Job Details** **JOB INFO & REQUIREMENT** - Contract Type - Contract - Job Type - Non-Executive - Experience Level - < 1 year - Job Categories - Others - Minimum Education Required - SPM/ Diploma - Language Required - English, Bahasa Malaysia - Nationality Preferred - Malaysians Only - Gender Preferred - All Genders - Own Transport - None **SALARY & OTHER BENEFITS** - Salary **RM 1,700 to RM 2,500 per month** - Other Benefit (Optional) - Overtime Attendance Allowance EPF, SOCSO & EIS Medical Benefits Annual Leave
