About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Ticketing Assistant to support our travel operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling flight bookings, ticket issuance, and related administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient ticketing services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing flight quotations and issuing air tickets accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to confirm booking details and fare information.
  • Support customers and internal teams with travel-related inquiries and documentation.
  • Maintain proper records of all bookings and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Perform administrative duties related to ticketing and travel arrangements.

Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field (Tourism or Business background preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a travel agency is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese (Mandarin-speaking required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in the travel industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
