Position : Business Analyst

Salary : RM 6.500 - RM 8,500

Location : Damansara Uptown

Working Days / Time : 8.30am - 5.30pm

**Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand user and business needs.

**Requirements Analysis**
- Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Prepare clear and detailed requirement specifications and documentation.

**Solution Design**
- Stay informed about current business trends and industry practices.
- Propose solutions to meet business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Work closely with technical teams to design and implement practical solutions.

**Process Improvement**
- Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for enhancement.
- Recommend and help implement process improvements for better efficiency and effectiveness.

**Stakeholder Communication**
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ensure business needs are clearly understood and accurately translated into solutions.

**Testing and Validation**
- Develop test plans and test cases to validate solutions against requirements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for refinements.
- Ensure quality assurance processes are followed to maintain high output standards.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Studies, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related areas.
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Self-initiated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and software development lifecycle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM8,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
