- Responsible for building and managing the NOC team.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and tools.
- Experience with network monitoring and management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications, such as CCNA or CCNP, are a plus.
