**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a confident and experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our language learning centre. The Centre Manager will lead a diverse team of academic and administrative staff, ensuring a high-quality student experience, effective staff collaboration, and smooth running of the centre. This role requires strong leadership, people management, and operational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Centre Operations Management**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, including classes, student services, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure all activities run smoothly and align with the centre's goals and standards.
- Monitor resources, facility conditions, and centre cleanliness.

**2. Team Leadership**
- Lead and manage a team of teachers, marketers, and support staff.
- Provide guidance, support, and performance reviews to ensure team effectiveness.
- Organise regular team meetings and promote a positive work culture.

**3. Student & Academic Coordination**
- Oversee student enrolment, orientation, and ongoing support.
- Coordinate with teachers to ensure high-quality delivery of lessons.
- Handle serious student concerns or complaints in a professional manner.

**4. Marketing & Business Development**
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute student recruitment campaigns.
- Provide feedback from student and staff experience to improve marketing strategies.
- Represent the centre in promotional activities or external meetings, if needed.

**5. Reporting & Administration**
- Prepare regular reports on student numbers and centre operations.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and assist in financial planning with the management team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, including visa/student regulations.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5-7 years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in the education industry.
- Strong communication, organisational, problem-solving skills and decision making skills.
- Able to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing multicultural teams or international students is an advantage.
- Knowledge of school administrative processes and national educational regulations.
- Leadership with empathy and accountability.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
