**Key job requirements**:

- Able to read, write, and speak fluently in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Highly meticulous with excellent organisational skills.
- People-first attitude with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Critical thinker who enjoys taking initiative and solving real-life operational challenges.
- Management experience (especially in healthcare, hospitality, or education) is a strong advantage.
- Bonus: Personal experience as a mother or knowledge of postnatal care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Director in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the team aligns with our values of care, warmth, and empowerment.
- Manage staff schedules, client services, and centre resources to create a smooth, stress-free experience for mothers and families.
- Solve operational challenges with a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a can-do mindset.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of services and maintain professional relationships.
- Maintain centre standards through proper documentation, daily checklists, and adherence to SOPs.
- Foster a startup team culture where everyone grows together and strives for continuous improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
