**Job Scopes**:

- Provide high quality, excellent customer service experience to patients/guests that reflect the values of Andorra.
- Disseminating information to patients on various services/facilities available to hospital.
- Resolve customer's enquiry effectively through walk in or calls to meet patient's expectation.
- Liaise with other services in addressing patient’s needs.
- Able to lead and manage a team of Customer Service Assistant.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Hospital operation, customer service or customer relation, or related field is required for this position.
- Good communication skills & pleasant personality.
- Have a strong passion towards customer service.
- Able to work on weekend when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM2,200.00 per month
