Customer Service Executive

We are e-sports event organizer company. Located at Serdang Perdana, Seri Kembangan.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make calls to potential corporate clients to promote our e-sports service, & set for the appointment.
- To liaise with customers to ensure customer’s requirements are addressed and review quotations to ensure it is comply with the Company’s pricing strategy.
- Attend meetings, update progress and development to the Management.
- Responsible for timely collection of payment / debt.
- Perform general administrative duties such as preparing quotation & invoice.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from superior(s) from time to time.
- Willing to work additional hours.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably with relevant academic qualification and working experience or possess a minimum Diploma or Degree in Communication, Sales & Marketing.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good personality and communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Possess basic sales and marketing skills.

Salary : RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00
Operation hours:
Monday - Friday : 8.30-5.30pm
Saturday (alternate) : 8.30-3.00pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
