The **Sales Executive (Regional Sales) ** is responsible in developing the strategic sales plans to achieve sales target and expand the market share. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Executive to join our team.

**Key Activities / Accountabilities**:

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the designated region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the courier service or logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel with own transport.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
