Your New Role:

As a Sales Executive at TCS Controls, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business. You will connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored security solutions to meet those needs. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Present and promote our security solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in sales meetings, product training, and continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in security solutions or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
