**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **F&B Supervisor** to lead and support our food and beverage team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. As a key member of the management team, you will train and motivate staff, handle guest feedback, and contribute to a smooth and efficient F&B operation. **Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of F&B team members in restaurants, bars, or banquet areas.
- Ensure all guests receive outstanding service in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in staff training, performance monitoring, and scheduling.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in implementing promotional events and seasonal offerings.
- Support the F&B Manager in administrative tasks and reporting.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all F&B service areas.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or similar role in food and beverage operations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
