**Job Title**: SaaS Project Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

**Role Overview**

This is a cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with R&D, Sales, UI/UX, and Business teams to ensure alignment from concept to delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Enterprise and Business Development teams to drive SaaS product growth and adoption.
- Translate customer and market requirements into clear, actionable product features and roadmaps.
- Lead coordination across engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide product strategy.
- Serve as the product spokesperson in internal reviews, customer meetings, and industry events.
- Facilitate product training and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver compelling presentations on product roadmaps and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- **3-5 years of hands-on SaaS product management experience is mandatory.**:

- Fluency in **Mandarin (written and spoken)** is **required**.
- Strong track record in cross-functional stakeholder engagement and customer-facing communication.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable representing the product in client briefings, webinars, and conferences.
- Ability to influence across teams and drive alignment toward product vision.
- Experience with AI/ML platforms, data solutions, or cloud technologies is a **plus**, but not essential.
- Prior exposure to pre-sales, sales enablement, or solution consulting is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,306.51 - RM15,000.00 per month
